Design Team Call – Summer/Fall 2012

I am searching for four creative, committed designers to add to our team. Crafters of all skill levels and styles are invited to apply! If you have applied in the past, please feel free to apply again, as our creative needs may have changed.

We are a low-key, easy going team. As a homeschooling mother of three and an active volunteer in our church, my time for Designed2Delight is usually limited to one day a week–so our current DT requirements are very relaxed and minimal.

Applications will be accepted via e-mail (designed2delight@gmail.com) through Tuesday, May 15th, 2012.

DESIGN TEAM BASICS

D2D Designers must:

♦ have a passion for card making and a love for sharing their creativity online

♦ have a regularly updated blog and post about/promote Designed2Delight Digital Stamps

♦ participate in our New Release Blog Hops on the 2oth of each month

♦ create a minimum of three new projects each month–at least one new project to be shared at a time besides the monthly blog hop

New Designers will commit to a minimum term of six months. After that time, a determination will be made between D2D and the designer whether or not to extend the term.

DESIGNER BENEFITS

♦ promotion on D2D Store and Blog
♦ free digi stamps each month to be used for card submissions
♦ 50% discount on all items in the D2D Store

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

♦ someone that loves digital stamps, especially Designed2Delight Digi Stamps
♦ someone that is active in the online cardmaking community
♦ creative, quality work using a variety of techniques
♦ a variety of styles, not from one individual, but from the team as a whole
♦ beautiful photography skills—good lighting, sharp details
♦ great sense of design on projects and blog

The Design time has used some really fun, summery colors for this release. There are a couple of really cute scenes that were created, too. Most of the designers choose to work with “Dottie and Friends,” so I think that was a favorite this month. :) She was fun to draw!

March Reveal – 6 New Spring Digi Stamps

6 New Spring and Easter Images

I’m so excited to reveal March’s New images. The Design Team has some fabulous Spring and Easter cards to share with you!

What really struck me this release was the gorgeous use of color and perfectly coordinating papers. The Design Team did a wonderful job with the new images–you will come away from this hop with some great coloring ideas, too! (And maybe a free digi or two.) :)
