Besides paper crafting, I like to cook, sew, crochet and garden. I have 4 children that are all raised and living on their own and I have been blessed with 2 adorable granddaughters. I have just recently discovered the world of digital designs and am looking forward to sharing my Designed 2 Delight projects with you.”
Hi, I’m Michelle Hebel. I am DELIGHTED to have been chosen to be a part of the Designed 2 Delight team. I’m married going on 19 years, I have a son Jeremy 25, and two beautiful granddaughters Evyon 5 and Isabella 1. I love hearing the oldest call me Grandma. I have been crafting most of my life, on and off, but have most recently gotten into card making/scrapbooking. A girlfriend got me hooked on it about 5 yrs ago or so when I went to my first Stampin’ Up party and I ‘fell’ in love! I work full time and was quite active in racing and snowmobiling with my husband until recently. Hence my blog title Racin to Scrap 1. Well – my husband no longer races and we sold our snowmobiles. I still love to watch NASCAR and local racing, but I think all of that ‘free’ time will be filled in my craft room now. In the past year, I have been introduced to Digi stamps and think they are the greatest thing ever! Faith’s site is what got me started on this journey. I love making cards and other crafts using these adorable images. I can’t wait to get start, exchange ideas and make new friends along the way. Crafting is a little bit of ‘me’ time. I’ve been married for nine years and have four children. I spend my days taking care of my little ones, so at night I need a little ‘me’ time. “Hello! I’m Michelle Pearson, married 17 years to my best friend. I’m a SAHM to an 8yo son and 3yo daughter. We live in Black Creek, Wisconsin…a small town, on a quiet street. The kids are loving our pool and I love that I can walk them to school! I started stamping in earnest about 8 years ago when I stopped working. Before that I was an occasional stamper…I was hooked long ago at a D.O.T.S. party….SU! really caught my attention….but now I’m an equal opportunity papercrafter!! …if I can color it or cut it or punch it I’m happy!! I stamp for my *me time* and I’m a night owl….I love to work and listen to books on CD or music. …I love to read, but I haven’t figured out how to read and stamp at the same time, so this is the ticket!!I used to love to garden and cook….and I still do, but I need to have about 24 more hours in a day!! We love to bike….we do 20-30 mile trips with son on a trailer bike and daughter in a bike trailer. So, that’s me in a nutshell….I’m so happy to be here, have been loving the D2D images since I found them a few short months ago! Looking forward to seeing everyone’s creations and Faith’s new images! :) “
“I am married with four children (3 girls and a son), two step-children, 11 grandchildren. I am a critical nurse working as the Trauma Case Manger in a Level One Trauma Center in San Antonio, Texas. We have lived in Texas most of our lives and have been living here near San Antonio for almost 20 years now. My daughter, Kim Moreno, who many of you may recognize, got me into scrapping about ten years now. I have been published in Memory Makers, Scrapbook Trends, Cards, Scrapbook & Cards Today. I am currently on the Design Team for Core’dinations Cardstock and Unscripted Sketches and just finished up a 6 month term with Card Patterns. I also enjoy crochet and make baby blankets for all the doctor’s and nurses I work with. I am an avid reader and an exercise nut. I got into card making a couple of years ago and then discovered digital images. I found Faith’s site by accident and have been an avid fan for a year or so. I am so excited to work on this Design Team and hope we are able to inspire you with our work.”
“I’m Katie and am a wife of 16 years and a Mum to 3 beautiful children. I have been papercrafting for 12 years now and card making for 2. I am English by birth but have been in the US for 13+ years and now reside in sunny North Texas. I love to color, I have done it all my life, you could always find a coloring book and felt tip pens in my Christmas stocking. Copic Markers are my medium of choice and I was recently certified in the use of them, the blending that can be achieved with them is so wonderful and often you can find me just coloring even though I have no card idea in mind. I love all types of cards but struggle a little with the CAS style, I’m a more is more kinda gal! I’ve been on quite a few Design Teams in my short card making career and run a weekly challenge of my own as well. I am honored to call Faith a friend although we’ve never met. I can’t wait to show you what I can do with her wonderful designs.”
